I would like to rent a space for price Booth (10’x10’ each) during the September 20, 2025, Street Fair (Photo Mela) hosted by Prio Bangla, Inc (DC,VA&MD).

  • 1. Space Rental & Fees: A 10'x10' space is $150 for clothing, handicrafts, and boutiques. For banks, political booths, and other commercial vendors, it's $350+. Please remember to bring your own tables, chairs and tents. Food vendor fees may vary, so please give us a call for specific details. Food vendors will need a food permit from Arlington County, and we're happy to guide you through the pre-filled application process.
  • 2. Commercial Rates & Discounts: Rates for commercial vendors (like banks, realtors, or insurance companies) might be different. If you're looking to rent multiple booth spaces, you might be eligible for a discount! Do reach out to us to discuss the specifics.
  • 3. Your Booth's Care: We kindly ask vendors to take full responsibility for the maintenance and cleanup of their allocated area and proper disposal of waste materials. Let's keep our festival grounds sparkling!
  • 4. Space Availability & Registration: Our spaces are limited, and we assign them on a first-come, first-served basis. So, early registration is highly recommended to secure your spot! Your booth number will be assigned when you report to the fairground on the event day, starting at 7:00 AM.
  • 5. Setup Time & Access: The festival kicks off at 11:00 AM. We'd appreciate it if you could arrive at least 3 hours prior (by 8:00 AM) to set up your booth and unload your goods. Please note, after 9:30 AM, vehicles won't be able to enter the fairground; you'll need to park outside and carry your items in.
  • 6. Payment & Deposit: Exhibitors/Vendors are requested to submit the full rent along with their signed application by August 30, 2022. This acts as a non-refundable deposit. If the final payment isn't received by the due date, we'll unfortunately need to offer the space to another interested vendor. You'll find payment instructions at the bottom of the form.
  • 7. Utilities: Please be aware that electricity or water supplies will not be provided at the booths. If you're considering multiple booths for a discount, please don't hesitate to call us!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

# Details
1. Rent for 10’x10’ space for Clothing, handcrafts and Boutique is $150, Bank, Political Booth and other Commercial vendor fee is $350+. Vendor shall carry their own tables, chairs and Tent. However, Food Vendors fee might differ on the basis of their arrangements. Food vendors must acquire food permit from Arlington County and we shall provide guidance with county pre-filled signed application accordingly. Please call us for details.
2. Space rent will differ for commercial vendors (Bank, Realtor, Insurance Company and Business Firm etc.). Renting the multiple booth spaces may get certain discount. Please call us to discuss details.
3. Vendors will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning up of the allocated area and waste materials.
4. We have only limited spaces. Space booked as first come first serve basis. Therefore, early registration is encouraged. Space number will be assigned and number will be given upon your reporting of the fair ground on the day from 7:00 am.
5. Festival start from 11:00 am. We would like to ask you to come at least 3 hours prior to set up your booth and unload your goods on your spot. After 9:30 am your vehicle can’t enter into the fairground, you have to park outside and carry all goods.
6. Exhibitors/Vendors will pay full rent along with this application signed by August 30, 2022 as non-refundable deposit. If final payment (Check/Cash or online) is not received by due date with application, the space will be rented to other interested Exhibitor/vendor. Please see below of the form for fee payment instructions.
7. No Electricity or Water supplies will be provided. Call us for multiple booth renting discount price.
