Damian Dias

Damian N Dias born and brought up in Chittagong, Bangladesh, finished his College from Notre Dame and Bachelor from Dhaka University. Mr. Dias is a Software Engineer and supports many US Government Agencies as a contractor, currently supporting the House of Rep as Project Manager. He also has experience with management consultant, organizational change management consultant, organizational process analyst, and technical implementations. Well-versed in project management methodologies, process engineering, organizational change management, risk management, project planning, team building, communication, and technical implementations of organizational change, software projects, network operating systems, and web development projects. Mr. Dias provides guidance for the organization’s policy and process support to the entire project team to develop, maintain, and improve compliance with the guidelines. Mr. Dias supports and volunteers for many local Non-Profit organizations. He has implemented lots of cultural and stage shows, involved in drama club and helping in cultural events here and abroad. Mr. Dias is currently oversees and in charge of Prio Bangla’s operation and Production for the last many years. On extra time Mr. Dias loves to travel to different countries, watch movies, attend live shows and he very much loves social gathering, helping people and foodie.
